An operator built into your dashboard. It lives in the bottom bar on every page, already knows what you're looking at, and takes the work off your hands — from answering questions about your portfolio to booking a month of stays from a spreadsheet.

Recal, rebuilt for your phone
The mobile app is no longer a shrunken desktop — it's been rebuilt screen by screen. Ask Recal sits in the middle of the bottom bar and opens full-screen with its own chat history. A new weekly agenda gives you a week strip that pulls down into a full month. Every create flow — booking, block dates, task, note, list, contact, seasonal price — is a native bottom sheet now, not a desktop dialog squeezed onto glass. The calendar scrolls endlessly in both directions, properties open into tabs, damages run as a case pipeline, and More is one launcher screen with every tool on it.
Maintenance & inventory
A new portfolio-wide maintenance view with property health scoring, calendars, timelines and team rotas. Each property gets its own maintenance board and recurring service schedules — a gardener three times a week, daily cleaners — that spawn tasks automatically. Plus a per-property inventory tab for zones, consumables and fixed assets.
Double-booking protection
When an imported calendar overlaps an existing booking, Recal no longer drops it silently. The clash is held as a conflict, shown on your calendar and bookings list, and you get a notification naming exactly what it collides with. A triage view lets you resolve each one.
Booking dossiers
Every booking is now a case file: a dedicated page with a lifecycle verdict, stay timeline, money and guest details, linked damages and private documents — and one-click PDF export of the whole dossier for owners, insurers or your records.
Damages, run as cases
Damages move through a case pipeline: a board with lanes from report to resolution, a money ledger per case, invoice and quote attachments, and a link to the booking where it happened. Costs stay hidden from anyone without money permissions.
The owner statement
The owner page is now a statement, not a dashboard: a plain-language verdict on the year ahead, booked-ahead and revenue trends, a two-panel 'your year' chart and a revenue split across properties — the same statement owners see in their portal.
A home page that reads your day
Home opens with a living hero — a sky that shifts through the day, or your own banner photo — above a week arc, a 'your day' agenda, your property rail and the Ask Recal bar front and centre. The same briefing lands on your phone, where you can set a separate wallpaper for the small screen.
Stats, redesigned
A briefing band up top, a metric explorer, an occupancy heatmap and a channel mix showing where your bookings actually come from — with honest year-on-year comparisons throughout.
Company profiles & whitelabel
Create a company workspace with a public profile page, a curated listings portfolio and branded invites — and whitelabel your listing pages so they carry your brand.
A redesigned property page
Properties are now organised into tabs. A new Prices tab gives you a full pricing calendar with named, colour-coded seasons, per-day rates, and one-click copy of a whole year to the next.
