Can the agent really read my spreadsheet?
Yes. Attach the file and tell it what you want — "import this season's bookings," "add these contacts." It reads the document, shows you exactly what it found on one reviewable card, and writes nothing until you approve. Odd formats, merged cells, half-Spanish column names — that's what it's for. If a date format is ambiguous, it asks you once instead of guessing.
Do I have to stop using Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Recal syncs with your channel calendars over iCal — two-way. Bookings made anywhere show up everywhere. Recal becomes the place you see and run it all together, not a replacement for your channels.
What can my staff and owners see?
You decide, per role. Staff see their properties and their jobs. Owners see their property. Prices can be hidden from any role that shouldn't see them — availability stays visible.
