Reading the document…
Found 12 bookings across Jumali and Can Jais. Two look like duplicates of bookings already on the calendar — flagged for you.

Ask Recal…
Your files already know your business. So does the agent.
Whatever shape your data is in, hand it over as-is. No templates to fill, no column mapping, no "export in our format first."

From a listing description alone, the agent drafts the property — amenities, pricing, even the tourist licence number.
Step 1 — Attach
Drop in what you have
Attach the file and say what you want in plain words: "import this season's bookings", "add these contacts", "set up this property from the listing". English or Spanish.

Step 2 — Approve
Review one card, not a hundred rows
Every import arrives as a single reviewable card. Duplicates are flagged automatically — untick what you don't want, then approve. The agent writes nothing without your yes.

Step 3 — Done
Everything lands in place
Bookings on their calendar dates, guests in contacts, jobs in tasks, prices on the property. Then the agent offers the next step — connecting your channel calendars.

Nothing breaks while you move.
Recal subscribes to your existing calendar feeds and stays in sync — two-way, import and export. Bookings made anywhere show up everywhere, from day one.

There is no cutover day. No downtime. No re-typing.

Your data stays yours.
The honest test of any platform is how easily you could leave it. We built the exit before we asked you to move in.

If you ever leave, you leave with everything. That's the deal.

Going quiet for the low season?
Nothing is ever deleted. Downgrade or pause and every property, booking and record stays saved — locked, waiting. Upgrade again in spring and it's all exactly where you left it. Seasonal businesses shouldn't pay twelve months to keep their history safe.
The questions people ask before switching.
Can the agent really read my spreadsheet?
Yes. Attach the file and tell it what you want — "import this season's bookings," "add these contacts." It reads the document, shows you exactly what it found on one reviewable card, and writes nothing until you approve. Odd formats, merged cells, half-Spanish column names — that's what it's for. If a date format is ambiguous, it asks you once instead of guessing.
Do I have to stop using Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. Recal syncs with your channel calendars over iCal — two-way. Bookings made anywhere show up everywhere. Recal becomes the place you see and run it all together, not a replacement for your channels.
What can my staff and owners see?
You decide, per role. Staff see their properties and their jobs. Owners see their property. Prices can be hidden from any role that shouldn't see them — availability stays visible.
What if I've built my own system in Notion or Excel?
Then you've already done the hard part — you know exactly what you need. The agent imports what you've built, and you keep the exit: everything exports back out in standard formats, any time. Try it alongside your system; nothing about your current setup breaks while you do.
How long does the switch actually take?
Connecting calendars takes minutes. A typical portfolio import — properties, this season's bookings, contacts — is a working session with the agent, not a project week.
Bring everything with you.
And if you ever go — take everything with you too.
