Recal is live
For two years it ran our own villas in Ibiza. Today the connected platform for the people who actually run properties is open to everyone.
Recal — the property management platform that operates properties rather than just listing them — is now live, with paying customers from day one. Built in Ibiza over two years by a working property manager and an engineer, it replaces the patchwork of calendars, spreadsheets, chat apps and drives that managers stitch together with one connected, property-aware core.
Why we built Recal
Recal didn't start in a boardroom. It started with Maud running luxury villas for Match Real Estate — managing them across WhatsApp threads, Google Sheets, Trello boards, Dropbox folders and a separate CRM, stitching it all together by hand, every day.
There came a moment when it was obvious: none of it was built for this job. Calendars are for talking. Notion is for documenting. Channel managers are for OTA inventory. Nothing actually operated the property.
So we spent two years building the tool we wished existed — designed around how property operations really work: every property different, the work spread across owners, agents, managers and staff, and everyone needing to see the same truth.

Four tiers from free to €99/month — flat, not per booking, not per seat. Your data is yours, fully exportable (iCal, files, statistics).
